Apps Jili Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Apps Jili ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Apps Jili website, mobile platform, games, and all related services available at appsjili.net.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of Apps Jili, you confirm that:

2 Eligibility

Apps Jili is operated and designed for players based in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that your use of Apps Jili is lawful in your location.

Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one Apps Jili account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another name, or shared household — is a violation of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Not Previously Excluded

You must not have previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from Apps Jili for any reason. Attempting to register a new account following a suspension is a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Registration

When you register an account on Apps Jili, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Apps Jili will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact us immediately at support@appsjili.net.

All activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally performed those actions. Apps Jili is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

Accurate Information

Providing false registration information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a serious violation of these Terms. Apps Jili may close any account found to have been registered with false information, and any balance in such an account may be forfeited.

Verification

Apps Jili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request, including providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification as required.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Apps Jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All amounts on the platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya typically reflect in your Apps Jili balance within minutes. Apps Jili does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your e-wallet or bank may apply their own transaction fees — Apps Jili has no control over and bears no responsibility for third-party fees.

Apps Jili reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that appears to originate from a third-party payment source — that is, a payment method not registered in your name. All deposits must come from accounts or cards in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Most withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day. Apps Jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.

Before processing a withdrawal, Apps Jili may require you to complete identity verification. Withdrawal requests may also be delayed or placed on hold where Apps Jili has reason to investigate account activity for compliance or fraud purposes.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions on Apps Jili are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). Apps Jili does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion service is offered through the platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Apps Jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is made available.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Apps Jili carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of gameplay that must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed clearly in the promotion details. Players should read these details before claiming any bonus.

Bonus Abuse

Apps Jili prohibits bonus abuse in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using systematic wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (so-called "bonus hunting"), or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.

Where Apps Jili determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or exploited, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided, and the account may be suspended.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date and/or an activity deadline. Bonus funds not used within the applicable time window are automatically removed from your account. Apps Jili will not restore expired bonus balances under any circumstances.

Referral Bonuses

The Apps Jili referral program allows existing players to earn rewards for referring new players who successfully register and deposit. Referral rewards are subject to separate terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals using alternate accounts — will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and potential account suspension.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

Each game category on Apps Jili — including Tongits, poker, fishing games, and football betting — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are available within the game interface. These Terms apply in addition to those game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for that game only.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game room or market. Apps Jili reserves the right to change stake limits at any time and without prior notice, though changes will not affect bets already placed.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Apps Jili reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Apps Jili is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its control.

Bet Settlement

For football betting, markets are settled based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body. For in-play betting, results are based on the score at the conclusion of regular time plus any added time, unless otherwise stated in the market description. Apps Jili's settlement decisions are final.

Cancellation of Bets

Once placed and confirmed, bets generally cannot be cancelled. Apps Jili reserves the right to void a bet in circumstances involving manifest errors in odds, technical issues, or suspicious betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Apps Jili. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate or cheat in any game, including through the use of software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any such winnings will be voided;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a previous suspension;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour toward other players or Apps Jili staff;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Allowing a minor (person under 21) to use your account.

8 Responsible Gaming

Apps Jili is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a financial strategy or a response to stress, debt, or personal difficulty.

Apps Jili provides the following responsible gaming tools, available through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Session time reminders — notifications after a set period of continuous play;
• Self-exclusion — suspend your account for a defined period or indefinitely;
• Account history review — access a full record of your gameplay and transactions;
• Reality checks — periodic reminders of how long you have been playing.

Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for the duration specified. Apps Jili takes self-exclusion requests seriously and will not process further deposits or allow gameplay from a self-excluded account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Apps Jili platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Apps Jili or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Apps Jili content without our express written permission.

The Apps Jili name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any way — including on social media, websites, or printed materials — without prior written consent from Apps Jili.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Apps Jili's liability to you in respect of any loss or damage suffered in connection with your use of the platform — including gaming losses, technical failures, or interruptions to service — is limited to the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Apps Jili is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, income, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays caused by third-party infrastructure, network outages, or factors outside Apps Jili's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• The actions of other players on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Suspension by Apps Jili

Apps Jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or suspected;
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified on the account;
• Verification documents provided are found to be false or insufficient;
• A court order or regulatory instruction requires account suspension;
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and cannot be reactivated through standard channels.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of Terms, the balance may be held pending investigation. Apps Jili will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the player via the registered email or contact number.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your Apps Jili account at any time by contacting support@appsjili.net. If you choose to close your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after verification. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before withdrawal, or bonus balances will be forfeited on closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Apps Jili reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and a notice will be displayed on the platform.

Continued use of Apps Jili after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Apps Jili shall first be submitted to the Apps Jili customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or legal authority under Philippine law. You agree to exhaust the internal resolution process before initiating any external legal proceedings.

For all disputes, the language of proceedings shall be English, and the place of jurisdiction shall be the Philippines.
